Jermy Domingo

Director of Health Equity at Hawaiʻi Primary Care Association (HPCA)

Jermy Domingo, DrPH began her public health career as a student intern and health educator at Kalihi-Palama Health Center (KPHC), implementing culturally responsive nutrition and physical activity programs within KPHC’s diverse patient population. Following her time at KPHC, she worked at ‘Imi Hale Native Hawaiian Cancer Network, a program of Papa Ola Lokahi. In this capacity, she coordinated and evaluated trainings for cancer patient navigators, piloted screening navigation programs, and facilitated implementation of worksite wellness programs in Native Hawaiian-serving organizations. Jermy currently works as the Director of Health Equity at the Hawai‘i Primary Care Association (HPCA). She leads the development and implementation of health equity and research initiatives at HPCA, providing training and technical assistance to Hawai‘i’s 14 Federally Qualified Health Centers. She holds a DrPH in Community-based and Translational Research and MPH in Epidemiology from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa.
