About Jordan

Jordan is a Junior Specialist who is joining the team as a Workforce Coordinator. She is a 2023 MPH graduate of OPHS, where she specialized in Epidemiology. She received her BS in Environmental Health from Western Carolina University in 2021, where she did research on tick collection and surveillance. She is an avid writer and is an Assistant Editor for the Hawaiʻi Journal of Health & Social Welfare (HJH&SW), where she previously completed her Graduate Research Assistantship upon graduating from her MPH. Her research interests include chronic disease, health informatics, mental health, environmental health, maternal and child health, epidemiology, among others. She balances work with going to the gym, surfing, yoga, and leisure reading.
